Russia’s international reserves for the week ended 16 November fell to 3 billion, according to data of the Central Bank.
What are the money from the Reserve Fund?
As of 9 September, the reserve amounted to 399,6 billion dollars to 16 September, the figure fell to 396,6 billion or 0.8%.
According to the Bank, reduction of reserves is called the “dominant effect is negative”.
Russia’s international reserves are highly liquid foreign assets, in particular, monetary gold, special drawing rights, reserve position in IMF and foreign currency funds.
