The chief Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Japan Acehide Suga said that the launch of ballistic missiles, which the DPRK authorities have carried out during the visit of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to the United States and his talks with President Donald trump, is a provocation against Japan and the countries of the region, reports Reuters.
Suga said that Tokyo expresses protest in connection with this launch and denounce it through diplomatic channels to the government of North Korea, using Chinese.
In the White house the missile also called a provocation, however, explained that it was not a surprise. The administration trump is considering a range of possible responses to Pyongyang’s actions, until the tightening sanctions and increasing military presence in the region.
Earlier, the military of South Korea, Japan and the USA said that about 7:55 a.m. local time, the DPRK launched missiles, presumably ballistic. She, according to Seoul, flew about 500 kilometers and fell into the sea of Japan without causing damage.
A model rocket and its characteristics will be known after processing all the information about the launch, the American military said that the missile was hardly Intercontinental.
On Friday, February 10, trump and Abe held formal talks at the White house, then went to Florida that continued communication during the game of Golf. Trump said later that he and Abe “had a wonderful time.”
