A South Korean court issued a warrant for the arrest of the actual head of Samsung Group, but refused the detention of the President of Samsung Electronics
As reported by Reuters, the Central district court of Seoul granted permission for the arrest of the actual head of Samsung Group Lee Jae Yong, who is suspected of involvement in the corruption scandal that led to the impeachment of President Park Geun-Hye.
