Will it improve the system the situation on the market of public procurement of medicines depends on the algorithms that are incorporated in her work, said in a conversation with RBC Deputy General Director of the pharmaceutical company STADA CIS Ivan Glushkov. “For example, if the Ministry of health will develop an inefficient algorithm for establishing the starting price, prices may understate so that distributors and manufacturers will refuse to come to auction”, — he explained.
