Moscow authorities have asked citizens “not to go outside unless absolutely necessary” because of the expected icy conditions.
“We urge Muscovites to be especially careful when moving in the city without extreme necessity urge you not to go outside because of the abnormal weather possible rain sleet,” — said the Deputy mayor of Moscow for housing, utilities and amenities Pyotr Biryukov (quoted by “RIA Novosti”).
