The American researchers from the Kinsey Institute for the study of sex, gender and reproduction provided information about how often people of a particular age should enter into an intimate relationship. Scientists call the optimal number of sex acts per year for three different decades of a person’s life: from 18 to 29, 30 to 39 and 40 to 49 years.
For adult people, have not yet reached 30 years of age, as the optimal number of scientists call sex 119 sex acts per year, or about two a week. As shown by another study conducted by specialists of Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, a number of sex, in particular, in some way, can strengthen the immune system.
Times 30 to 39 and 40 to 49 years represents not so much a recommendation, but simply an average result, which can serve as a kind of benchmark. According to scientists, in these two decades, people on average have sex, respectively, 86 and sex 69 times a year.
For older professionals statistics don’t lead.
Although experts considered the sexual needs of people at the age of only 50 years, a number of other research conducted recently suggests that the need for intimacy persists in people for much longer. In particular, in July of this year experts of Illinojsky University in Chicago found that interest in sex in people over 50 years old is not always reduced, and in some cases even increases. Later scientists from the University of Cleveland, said that women aged 50 to 70 years sometimes get from sex is even more fun than 20-year-old girl, and the experts of the North American society regarding menopause came to the conclusion that the need does not disappear in women after 70 years.
