From January to September this year in the Arctic was carried out 3D seismic exploration work in the amount of 11.2 thousand square kilometers on the continental shelf of the Arctic seas 10.3 thousand square km.

The Minister also said that until the end of the current year it is planned to conduct 3D seismic more of 8.4 thousand square kilometers, almost the entire scope of work (8.3 per thousand square kilometers) is planned in the Barents and Kara seas.
