Russian President Vladimir Putin called the arrest of the former Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev sad fact, however, indicated that this event will not affect the acquisition of “Bashneft”

“Everyone should know – and our partners, and within the country – we all should understand and know that regardless of the official position of someone else, the law is applied equally to all”, – said Putin. According to him, such actions of law enforcement bodies does not harm the business climate, but only strengthen it.
Regarding the new head of the MAYOR, the Russian President said that “at least three or four candidates is”. Putin expressed the hope that the next Minister will announce shortly after his return from Lima. “We finally will deal with this point, and will deliver,” added the head of state.
