The Prosecutor asked the court to send the nanny accused of murdering his four-year old girl, to undergo psychiatric treatment. It is reported TASS with reference to the press service of the khoroshevskiy district court of Moscow. The verdict will be announced on 24 November, said the Agency interlocutor.
According to the materials of the case, on the morning of 29 February 2016, a native of Uzbekistan Gulchehra Bobokulov killed four-year-old girl, whose family worked as a nanny, decapitated her and set fire to the apartment. With the head of a child Bobokulov came to the metro station “October field”, where he was detained by the police.
The case against Babakulov was initiated on three counts: murder of a minor, deliberate destruction and damage of property by arson and false report about the explosion.
In March 2016, a spokesman for the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin said that Babakulova diagnosed with schizophrenia. At the end of September, at the end of a criminal investigation, investigators were asked to apply the woman’s sectioned.
Consideration of the case Babakulova Khoroshevsky court began on October 24. During the closed part of the meeting the former nurse pleaded guilty.
