The conductor tried to land a boy of ten from the bus when it was 26 degrees below zero. Initially, the child was riding home on the bus, but his movement was temporarily suspended in connection with absence of electricity. To pay for an emergency transplant, he could not.
An elderly woman, who witnessed the incident, the time has come for the child. “Given low temperature, the passenger decided to prevent the landing and to pay the fare of a stranger to her child,” according to the website of the Chelyabinsk children’s Ombudsman Irina Butorina.
Earlier this week a similar case occurred in Ekaterinburg. The conductor dropped off nine-year-old girl at thirty-degree frost, which lost the ticket the child got home an hour later. In the end, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under article 238 of the criminal code “Rendering services not meeting requirements of safety of life and health of consumers”.

However, the mayor of Yekaterinburg Yevgeny Roizman in his Facebook wrote that all drivers and conductors of the route surveyed, but none of them reported such a case. Moreover, Roizman said that he had contacted the girl’s mother and invited her to a meeting, but she did not respond. “There is another chance. The buses have video surveillance.
