The purchase of computers for the FSB and the defense Ministry will check on cartel

FAS shall check the tenders for the supply of computer equipment for the needs of the FSB, interior Ministry, Rosstat, NRC “Kurchatov Institute” and Ministry of defense. The service has already filed a case against the suppliers of equipment for the structures of the CEC

On inspection checks RBC said the state Secretary — Deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) Andrey tsarikovskiy. According to him, “among the trades, which could be implemented in an anticompetitive agreement,” electronic auctions for the procurement of computers and office equipment for the needs of the Ministry of internal Affairs, FSB, NRC “Kurchatov Institute”, Federal state statistics service and Management of the customer of capital construction of the Ministry of defense.

Last week, on November 21, the FAS initiated the “first case in the investigation of cartel collusion in biddings for the supply of equipment for state needs” and announced “the initiation of new antitrust cases against other participants in a potential cartel.” The case was initiated in respect of companies — suppliers of computer hardware “Business computers group”, LLC “AMI-netvork, ZAO CROC incorporated”, “Superveyv Group”, ZAO “kraftvey Corporation PLC”, LLC “Production company Aquarius”. As explained Antimonopoly service companies suspected of anticompetitive agreements when participating in e-auction for the supply of system units for complexes of means of automation of regional fragments of the SAS “Elections” held by FGKU “the Federal Informatization center under the Central election Commission of the Russian Federation”. The company could negotiate the terms on not less than ten auctions for a total sum about 2 billion rubles, said RBC FAS.

At the time of publication of the services and agencies mentioned in the list of the FAS, did not respond to a request RBC.
