The report said that the records were tested in the presence of Polish experts and after “additional noise cleaning were transferred to the Polish party for phonoscopic examinations and preparation of transcripts of negotiations.”

The Embassy noted that the foreign Ministry has given the Embassy of Poland official explanations. The Embassy said that the President mentioned the key facts are confirmed by the transcript of a recording from flight recorders of the Polish presidential plane, “thus the authentic recordings of these talks available to the Polish side”. The Embassy added that additional records Russia does not have.

The Tu-154 with Polish President Lech Kaczynski on Board crashed in 2010 while landing at the airport Smolensk-North. On Board were 96 people, all of them died. The interstate aviation Committee (MAK) concluded that the cause of the crash was the crew’s decision not to leave on spare airdrome, which was adopted under pressure in conditions of poor visibility.

The Minister of defence of Poland, Anthony Macierewicz in March last year announced its decision to renew the investigation into the crash of the presidential plane. He explained that was not explored by the manufacturing defects of one of the elements of Kaczynski. Macierewicz also claimed that Poland received from the Russian side is not “black box” of the presidential Tu-154, and “some other Registrar”.
