The OSCE mission found heavy artillery near Mariupol

As reported to journalists the first Deputy head of the Special monitoring mission (SMM) OSCE Alexander hug, the areas to the North and North-West of Mariupol “again became hot spots”. “There used prohibited weapons, including multiple rocket launchers”, — quotes the employee of the OSCE SMM Agency “RIA Novosti”.

Hug did not specify exactly which of the warring parties use the MLRS in the South of Donbass.

The fact of aggravation of the situation near Mariupol is reflected in the report of the observers 5 Feb. There are marked by rocket attacks, while strikes from the West to the East and South-East to North-West. Skirmishes were reported near the settlement of Shirokino 20 km East of Mariupol and explosions were heard near Orlovka (23 km North-East of the city).

Earlier, the Ministry of defence self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic declared that the Ukrainian military allegedly received the order to shell Mariupol with heavy artillery, then to accuse the militia in violation of the Minsk agreements.

The reaction of Kiev on Donetsk from common information has not yet been reported. In Facebook press center of the antiterrorist operation (ATO) reported the shelling by DNR forces of a number of settlements of the 152 and 122 mm guns, as well as on the application in the area of mortars.
