The journalist was previously a Trustee of the Fund. That her candidacy is considered as the basic applicant for a post of the head of Fund, sources RBC reported at the end of January. The source in medical circles said that Sokolov is likely to be headed by the organization “just for a few months” and then will look for person who will deal with the Fund on an ongoing basis.
According to the representative of the “Fair aid” Natalya Avilova’s, Sokolova long “cooperates with the Fund”.
