– Montenegrin goalkeeper Goran Linac was shot during a training session on the evening of 16 September, reports Goal.com.
33-year-old was doing with a friend on the club from the first League of Montenegro “Bokel”, when he received a mortal wound in the head.
The player was urgently hospitalized, but to save his doctors failed.
Local media reported that a football player was shot an unknown attacker who is familiar with the terrain around the base of the club, as he was able to escape quickly from the scene, easy focusing in the dark. Fleeing, he made some more shots in the air to scare off potential pursuers.
Lenz completed his professional career in 2015, but continued to keep in shape working out on the basis of “Bokela”.
