“The most important thing for me is reliability. One of the most important characteristics in reliability — ability to perform what he agreed to keep his word. He is able,” — said Putin, speaking about President Almazbek Atambaev.
To a journalist’s question about whether he would go with Atambayev in exploration, Putin said, somewhat changing the subject. He recalled that no longer work in the security services, although doing important work, as Atambayev at his post.
“In my opinion, we do pretty well, — said Putin. – He is a man who keeps his word. He’s sometimes difficult about something to agree, but if we about something have agreed, he goes to the end.”
In the middle of summer, the Russian leader answered a similar question during a meeting with workers at Lebedinsky mining and processing plant. Then the President asked what qualities, in his opinion, should have a modern leader. Among other Putin called decency.
“This is compounded everything else. If this basis, no Foundation, everything else is pointless,” – said Putin.
