Reconnaissance planes of the U.S. air force and the UK on Friday made another flying close to the borders of the Kaliningrad region, according to data from Western sites, tracking movement of military aviation.
According to them, aircraft the British Royal air force Sentinel R. 1 with tail number ZJ694 and RC-135W tail number ZZ664 taking off from the airbase Waddington in England, in the morning, were electronic reconnaissance near sea and land borders Russia to the South of the Baltic sea.
Then on Friday afternoon near the Kaliningrad region was recorded many hours of flight, strategic reconnaissance aircraft, the U.S. air force RC-135W tail number and call sign 62-4138 DIVE09, which took off from an air base Mildenhall in the UK.
In addition, in the region of the Baltic sea near the Russian borders flew high-altitude strategic reconnaissance USAF U-2S with tail number 80-1083, rising from the British air base Fairford.
As reported, on the eve of the Russian borders in the Baltic sea exploration also carried three aircraft of the U.S. air force, the UK and Sweden.
In the course of joint Russian-Belarusian exercises “West-2017”, held from 14 to 20 September, aircraft of the Western countries made at least 44 reconnaissance flights on the borders of the Leningrad, Pskov and Kaliningrad regions, as well as the Western borders of Belarus.
