On Sunday, the national center for the study of volcanic activity of Indonesia stated that the “seismic activity of the volcano grows, and can occur eruption”.
The increased activity of the volcano was recorded at the end of August, and 14 September, the government raised the threat level to the second level on a scale of four. On Friday the threat level in the areas adjacent to the volcano, increased to maximum.
