Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich has approved a Directive to state representatives in the Board of Directors of “Aeroflot” to initiate consideration of the issue “On financing the activities of LLC “Airline “VIM-Avia” and to vote for granting Aeroflot the rights to use its own funds to Finance its operating and financial activities “VIM-Avia” and its subsequent compensation at the expense of payments “Aeroflot” with the industry.
“The transfer of funds within a specified amount made only on the basis of written instructions of the Russian aviation authorities”, – said in a statement on the government website, the amount is not given.
