We believe that the wide theatrical release of the film will cause additional interest to the pages of history of our country”, – said the Deputy.

The Committee also reminded about the inadmissibility of censorship and violation of constitutional rights of citizens to freedom of creativity and participation in cultural life.

The film “Matilda” directed by Alexey Uchitel in Russia caused a wide resonance even before the release. He talks about the relationship between the future Emperor Nicholas II and the ballerina Matilda Kshesinskaya.
