At the walls of Parliament held a mass rally dissatisfied with the electoral system and opponents of parliamentary immunity

The leader of the “movement of new forces”, the former head of the Odessa regional state administration Mikhail Saakashvili arrived for a rally on Constitution Square near the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
As the correspondent of Agency “Interfax-Ukraine”, Saakashvili surrounded by several dozen supporters freely passed the metal detector installed on the street between the Cabinet and the Parliament.
The protesters in Constitution Square greeted him with cheers.
As expected, at 13.00 will start a plenary session of the Parliament. A number of people’s deputies declared about intention to block the rostrum and, accordingly, the work of Parliament.
The number of participants of the rally near the building of Parliament as of midday Tuesday is about 4.5 thousand people, about a thousand rally near the national Bank of Ukraine. Rallies in Central Kiev pass peacefully.
The main demands of the protesters is to change the electoral system, create an independent anti-corruption court to revoke the parliamentary immunity. The speaker of Parliament Andriy Parubiy declared earlier that the Council can start discussing the bill providing for the abolition of parliamentary immunity on October 19, if Oct 18, the relevant Committee will consider this issue at its meeting.
Mikheil Saakashvili deprived of Ukrainian citizenship by the decree of the President of Petro Poroshenko, has returned to the country on September 10, surrounded by supporters who actually broke into the Ukrainian territory.
September 22 Mostyska district court of Lviv region declared Georgian ex-President guilty of illegal crossing of the state border and ordered him to pay a fine of 200 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens (3400 UAH). Saakashvili also ordered to pay the court fee in the amount of 320 USD.
Commenting on the entry policy to the country, the General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko has declared that Mikheil Saakashvili will not be expelled from Ukraine.
