– En+ Group of Oleg Deripaska will simplify the structure of ownership of the assets, as stated in the prospectus for the upcoming IPO of the group.
Now the Russian EuroSibEnergo (basic assets – 100% Krasnoyarsk HPP and 92.5% of “Irkutskenergo” ) En+ Group is owned through a Cypriot holding structure the EuroSibEnergo plc, to the prospect. In 2018, the group plans to implement internal reorganization within the EuroSibEnergo plc which will be joined to En+ Group, said in the prospectus. After that, a holding company of energy assets will become the Russian company “EN+ Management” which will own 100% stake in the EuroSibEnergo.
The restructuring optimizes the management structure and internal business processes of the group, which will allow quickly implement the decisions made, counts of En+.
Itself En+ Group after IPO will change the registration from Jersey to Cyprus, as stated in the prospectus (earlier plans of re-domiciliation, the company reported in its review of Sberbank CIB, one of the organizers of the IPO).
