“Gunvor will sell its stake in netterminal in Rotterdam subsidiary Saudi Aramco

– Swiss commodity trader sells Aramco Overseas Company B. V., a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, its share of the oil terminal Maasvlakte Olie Terminal (MOT) in Rotterdam, the report said the trader.

The terminal, which is overloaded about 35-40 million tons of oil a year at a Dutch refinery owned by six companies, each with 16.7% of BP, Shell, Esso, Total, Vopak, Gunvor.

The trader hopes to complete the deal in October. In February 2016, Gunvor bought from Kuwait Petroleum International’s refinery in Rotterdam, part of the deal was the terminal MOT.
