– Concern “Rossium” as a result of the SPO of the Moscow credit Bank (ICB) has slightly reduced its share in the authorized capital of the credit organization – from 56.83% to of 55.65%, the Bank said. Earlier it was reported that ICD has completed the placement of additional shares, which attracted the capital of 14.4 billion rubles. Concern “Rossium” within the SPO ICD, as expected, bought 1,5 billion ordinary shares (46,875% dopvypuska) for 6,750 billion. Other shareholders have not exercised their preferential right, said earlier the Bank. The remaining 1.7 billion shares (53,125% of the additional issue) has acquired new shareholders.

ICD reported that in the framework of the SPO held a series of meetings with more than 50 international institutional investors in London, new York, Vienna, Stockholm and Moscow from 19 to 24 October 2017.
