As reported before: “MK”, October 14, cleaner working cleaning Windows in the apartment of the Rogozin in a luxury residential complex on Starovolynskaya street, discovered the broken glass. She reported the incident to the management company, who in turn reported to the owners and the police.
It has been suggested that the window shattered because of the firing of airguns from the flats opposite (where families live, where are teenagers). Police opened a criminal case under article “Hooliganism”. Surveys of residents, the situation is not clear. Damaged glass then handed over to specialists. Recently they have conducted an examination to establish that the glass breaks not from the impact of bullets and other factors — perhaps the glass was defective and just cracked. Damaged window, by the way, has not changed.
