Osh. 27 Oct. INTERFAX – In the South of Kyrgyzstan, three miners died in a coal mine, poisoned with gas, said on Friday “Interfax” the press-service of Ministry of emergency situations.
“The incident occurred in Batken province (southern Kyrgyzstan) in a coal mine. Three miners were killed at a depth of 90 meters, poisoned by gas. The rescuers pulled the bodies in the night of Friday at 02:30 (23:30 MSK)” – said the representative of the press service.
According to him, the challenge of coal mine Sarabande village, Batken region received Thursday at 22:20 (19:20 GMT). “The bodies were handed over to the police. District Department of internal Affairs launched an investigation into the incident,” he added.
