Slides. 27 Oct. INTERFAX – Turkey is ready to abandon the mechanism complicating the delivery of Russian agricultural products, particularly wheat and vegetable oil, said Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.
“We received assurances from the Turkish colleagues that the mechanism of the previously announced about the necessity of certification of invoices for deliveries of grain crops and other crops in the consulates in Russia will not actually be applied, if we see positive steps from both sides in other areas,” said Arkady Dvorkovich to journalists.
“Will this situation continue to monitor. If, however, this mechanism will be actively used, we will get all the opportunities to respond”, he said.
Dvorkovich said about the “positive steps” in the process of ensuring access of Russian livestock production in the Turkish market.
“In addition, we saw positive steps from the Turkish colleagues in the Russian food products to the Turkish market. Inspection of our livestock enterprises, and we look forward to the opening of the Turkish market for our companies for these types of products,” he said.
