– The regional government of Catalonia, dismissed the Prime Minister of Spain, Mariano Rajoy, plans to try to continue working, according to the Agency EFE, citing people familiar with the situation sources.

According to them, the Catalan government does not intend to recognize themselves removed from power. Moreover, they plan to begin to implement a number of steps stipulated in the Catalan Parliament approved the Declaration of independence. In particular, dismissed the leaders of Catalonia want to analyze the situation after the initiatives of Madrid to restore constitutional order in the territory.

Shortly after this message, the chief Executive of Catalonia, Carles Putteman said that does not recognize the order of Madrid, his removal from power.

“In a democratic society the function of the choice of the government are performed by the Parliament (and not the Cabinet of Ministers of Spain – if)”, – he explained during a televised address.

Pujdeme pledged to continue peaceful struggle for the independence of Catalonia. According to him, for this he is ready to use exclusively democratic means.

“We don’t believe in a military solution. We will continue to work on the construction of a free country,” he explained.

As reported, the Spanish government has previously dismissed the regional government of Catalonia and dissolved the Catalan Parliament, then Madrid took over the management of this Autonomous community.

Today, the Spanish authorities published an order of Prime Minister Rajoy, in which Deputy Prime Minister Soraya Saenz de Santamaria takes control of Catalonia. In has confirmed the removal from power of the government of the autonomy, most of the features which will undertake de Santamaria.

The government also announced that the interior Minister of Spain Juan Ignacio Zoido now directs the forces of the Catalan police.
