– Accused of the murder in 2009 of the head of the Khasavyurt district of Dagestan Alimsoltan Alkhamatov Mikael Kadiev could be extradited to Russia from Georgia where he was denied refugee status, said the defendant’s lawyer Malkhaz Pataraia.

Wanted by Interpol Kadiev was detained in 2013 in Georgia on charges in storage in a rented apartment in Tbilisi explosives and weapons. He was sentenced to two years imprisonment.
