Hurricane “Damri” struck the southern and Central provinces of Vietnam on Saturday. About 30 people died and dozens were missing, tens of thousands of buildings destroyed.
The Russian Embassy on Friday warned of the impending hurricane. According to the guardian, a large number of Russian tourists rest in the provinces of Khanh Hoa and Binh Thuan, which also came under the impact of the disaster.
