Stas Mikhailov filed a lawsuit against Russia over parodies Alexander Revva

The European court of human rights (ECHR) communicated a complaint with the Russian singer Stas Mikhailov, who is trying to hold accountable the authorities of the Russian Federation. About this in his Telegram channel said the leader of the human rights organization “Agora” Pavel Chikov.

“The European court of human rights communicated the complaint of singer Stas Mikhailov against the government of Russia on the failure of the courts to protect his rights in the image that has appropriated a certain Michael Stasov,” wrote Chikov, attaching as evidence a screenshot of the complaint of the singer.

The document States that the artist demands to punish the Russian government for refusing to protect his rights in the image that used comedian Alexander Revva.

Mikhailov, in particular, specifies that the parodist has tarnished his dignity and personal reputation. He also blamed the Russian courts that they were acquainted only with the trailer, refusing to watch the entire movie.
