In Vladivostok the two brothers refused to pay for loans and administrative penalties, referring to the fact that they are “Soviet citizens”. This was reported on the website of the office of the Federal bailiff service in Primorsky Krai.

“Immigrants from the past” took a few credits in Russian banks, and then refused to pay them. Its decision, the debtors explained that they “do not recognize the current constitutional and legal status of the Russian Federation and consider themselves citizens of the USSR”.

Currently, the debt in the amount of 1.5 million rubles, as well as several unpaid fines for violation of traffic rules.

Waiver of debt men expressed during the visit to the Department of bailiffs. The conversation took place in a raised voice and aggressive manner. The brothers stated that they will not obey illegitimate, in their opinion, the requirements of the court, and then began to threaten the authority, calling it a “foreign agent”.

After a few hours they were detained by the police. The bailiffs have a court order to recover from “Soviet citizens” of the two apartments, which are collateral.
