According to scientists from the French Institute IRSN, the release could happen anywhere between the river and the mountain chain of the Urals.
Recently, the latter admitted that the excess of ruthenium-106 is still recorded. But it posed no danger to the population, said the head of Roshydromet Maxim Yakovenko.
