While a positive verdict all just a dream, the head of the independent Commission of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA) Richard McLaren calls for collective sanctions against the Russian national team.
“I believe that in this case the international Olympic Committee should apply some collective sanctions against Russia. What exactly is a complex issue, and thank God, to decide it’s not for me” – quoted by Richard McLaren “SE”.
Also, the Professor believes that penalties should apply not only to those accused of violating anti-doping rules at the Olympic games-2014 in Sochi.

He claims, in Russia there was a special program at the state level, thanks to which many athletes have taken illegal drugs.
