– General Director of the Russian anti-doping Agency (RUSADA) Yuri Hanus urged not to refer negatively to the activities of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA).
“I don’t like that WADA is exposed in a very negative light. The Council of founders WADA in November, there was made no negative recommendations, in contrast to what it was before the 2014 Olympics. There’s nothing drastic, it was not confirmed compliance as has not been fulfilled two points of the roadmap, which was signed by the Russian side,” – said Hanus reporters.
“The statements and documents of the VAD should be treated as working documents. Vada – working organization that performs working-level mission in the sports movement”, he added.
Earlier, WADA has confirmed the authenticity of the databases of the Moscow anti-doping laboratory, provided by its former head of Gregory by Rodchenkova, which declares the existence in the Russian Federation “the state system of doping”.
“It seems that its contents confirm the allegations Rodchenkova that for several years from 2012 to 2015 in Russia, steps were taken to protect athletes, allegedly took doping”, – said the chief investigator of the WADA günther jünger.
On 5-7 December, the IOC will make a decision about the possibility of participation of the Russian team at the Olympics in South Korea.
