The Prosecutor considers the guilt of the speaker fully proven

In Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow on Monday started debate of the parties on business of former Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev, who is accused of receiving a bribe in 2 million dollars from the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin. Prosecutor Boris Neporozhny the court stated that the speaker finds fault completely proved. He referred to the testimony of the FSB General Oleg Feoktistov — the former head of the security service of Rosneft. According to the Prosecutor announced the testimony Feoktistova, head of the oil company Igor Sechin told him that the speaker after the deal “Bashneft” was asked to thank him in the form of “award”, showing two fingers. Why he went to “Rosneft”, the former Minister is not explained clearly, insisted the Prosecutor.
