– Federal court of Switzerland rejected the claim of the six Russian athletes to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for refusal of admission to the Olympics, according to the portal Insidethegames.

“Yes, I can confirm that this is so”, – said the representative of the IOC in response to the question, whether the dismissed Federal court actions, reports the portal.

A class action lawsuit against IOC in the Swiss Federal Supreme court filed skaters Denis yuskov and Pavel Kulizhnikov, who jumps on skis from a springboard Dmitry Vasilev, the Russian biathlon Alexander Loginov, Irina Starykh, sortakinda Tatiana Borodulina.
