– A film by Alexei German Jr.’s “iron curtain” included in the competition program of the Berlin film festival, will go in the Russian hire on March 1-4.
As explained by the filmmakers, this format was borrowed from other “impressions of art”.
“We are trying to experiment, we rejoice that he will allow to draw a picture of focus and to expand the circle of those interested in the independent film,” said producer Andrei Saveliev. In addition, on March 1, the film will be shown in Estonia it is sold in several countries.
In turn, German Jr. said that his new film was produced with the assistance of family Dovlatov.

The film tells about a few days in the life of writer Sergey Dovlatov in Leningrad in November 1971, shortly before the exile of his friend, the future Nobel laureate Joseph Brodsky.
Role in the film played Milan Maric, Danila Kozlovsky, Elena Lyadova, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Anton Shagin, Arthur Beschastny.
“Dovlatov” entered in the main competition of the 68th International Berlin film festival, which begins on February 15.
