In the suburbs was 60 paintings by Boris Kustodiev

Juicy paintings of Boris Kustodiev like a doctor prescribed in these gray days. Expose them now profusely ahead of the 140th anniversary of the artist. It seems that just organically they look in the Museum complex “the New Jerusalem”, where he developed a rare for Moscow region exhibition “Crown of the earth colors,” in which the painting is delicately interwoven with the poetry.

The new Jerusalem is one of those places where you can go as a family and for the whole day. …Not only art historians celebrate the anniversary of the painter, bibliophiles, too, but differently. Members of the National Union of bibliophiles made a virtual journey through the art worlds Kustodiev. Together with a specialist in art books of the 1920-ies Dmitry Fomin they met with the rarest of his works in the field of book graphics. And these things, and the picturesque, represented in the New Jerusalem, — not the dreams of gingerbread cheap popular fairy tale, it was said a short-sighted criticism, and the hymn of life itself.
