“In Mosberg revealed violations of law on insider information

According to the Prosecutor General of Russia, employees of the exchange, not sent or delayed notification about transactions on the derivatives market

– Russian Prosecutor General’s office and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation has revealed infringements in activity of the Moscow exchange, including legislation on countering the illegal use of insider information, said the official representative of the Prosecutor General of Russia Alexander Kurennoy.

According to him, on the initiative of the Supervisory authority, the Bank of Russia adopted by the response in respect of PJSC “Moscow exchange MICEX-RTS”.

“During the inspection the Bank of Russia established facts of failure to give the insiders are employees of the exchange, notification on transactions on the derivatives market. In some cases such notifications were provided with violation of time limit for more than 1.5 years”, – reads the statement of the three placed in the telegram channel.

In addition, said the Prosecutor’s office “in the list of insider has not been enabled members of the audit Committee, the society lacked the structural division or the official person exercising control over compliance with requirements of these laws.”

“Uncovered cases of the use of employees of the exchange prohibited by the local regulations on the prevention of conflict of interest programs for access to trading,” said Kurennoy.

By results of check Mobira brought to administrative liability under parts 2 and 4 of article 15.35 of the administrative code (violation of requirements of legislation on combating illegal use of insider information and market manipulation). Society punished with a fine in the amount of 300 thousand rubles for each violation.

Also, the Bank of Russia sent to insiders regulations, and the exchange – a letter about the need to take measures to prevent violations.
