The former head of Roscosmos Igor Komarov was appointed Deputy Minister of science and higher education of Mikhail Kotyukov. The corresponding order Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev published on the government website.

“To appoint Komarov Igor Anatolyevich Deputy Minister of science and higher education of the Russian Federation”, — the document says.
