Rosstat reported on the growth of average wages in Russia. According to authorities, during the first half of 2018, the average accrued salary was 42.5 thousand.

For the first half of 2018, the average nominal monthly salary in Russia amounted to RUB 42550 it is reported by Rosstat in the review of the socio-economic situation of Russia for January—June 2018 (.pdf).
This is 11.2% above the figures for the same period last year, when the average nominal monthly salary amounted to RUB 38049, and higher than all over the previous year by 8% (RUB 39167).
In June 2018, Rosstat reported about a sharp slowdown in the growth of real incomes of Russians from 5.7% yoy in April to 0.3% in may.
As Rosstat has decided to reduce the inaccuracy in the estimates
Average monthly nominal wages by the end of may 2018 43815 amounted to RUB 9.9% higher than a year earlier, reported earlier, Rosstat.
Later, the statistical office published new data showing that the average monthly nominal accrued wages of employees of organizations of Russia for may 2018 amounted to RUB 44076
Average monthly salary in June 2018 amounted to RUB 45840, which is 9.7% higher than in June the previous year.
