The arbitration court of Moscow has recognized JSC “PromSvyazCapital” Dmitry Ananiev bankrupt, the correspondent of RBC from the courtroom. Total debt of “PromSvyazCapital” to the creditors exceeded 20 billion rubles, said at the hearing the representative of JSC. According to her, to cover this debt “PromSvyazCapital” unable due to the lack of property.
To cover the legal costs the company will be able due to the availability of funds totaling more than 34 million rubles in three banks — “the Renaissance”, Promsvyazbank and the Moscow credit Bank, said the representative of the bankrupted company.
The court introduced the “Promsvyazkapital” bankruptcy proceedings for a period of 6 months, the bankruptcy Trustee appointed Rafael Saidashev, his report will be considered by the court on 7 February.
Of intent to file for bankruptcy, the company announced in mid-April. Among the obligations of “PromSvyazCapital” — two of the bond issue with a total volume of 20 billion rubles, follows from the data of Masuri. Both have a maturity in 2026.
The main shareholder of JSC “PromSvyazCapital” (91,8%), according to the latest list of affiliated persons is Dutch Promsvyaz Capital B. V. Previously, Promsvyaz Capital B. V. were owned by brothers Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev, but after the business section was left for Dmitry. Via Promsvyaz Capital Ananeva owned shares in PSB and the Bank before the Bank took the PSB to reorganize.
